Purchase and Payment Terms for TapPass

1. General
TapPass is provided by Folde.AI AB, company reg. no. 559573-1372, Regnbågsvägen 5B, 141 32 Huddinge, Sweden. Email: contact@folde.ai. (Folde.AI AB has identified itself as a trader under the EU Digital Services Act.)
2. The app is free today
The TapPass app is free to download and use. At present, the app contains no in-app purchases.
3. Future in-app purchases
Certain features or content may in the future be offered as in-app purchases. If so, prices will be shown in the app before purchase and will include applicable VAT. Such purchases are processed and billed via the Apple App Store in accordance with Apple's terms; we do not store your payment or card details — these are handled by Apple. For digital content delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal may cease once delivery has begun with your consent, in accordance with Swedish and EU consumer legislation. Refunds are handled according to Apple's procedures via https://support.apple.com/.
4. Purchase of TapPass for stores
Onboarding to TapPass for stores and cafés (e.g. starter kits, NFC plates, and subscription to the service) is sold by Folde.AI AB outside the app, to businesses, through quotes and invoices. Prices and terms are set out in the applicable quote, agreement, and invoice. VAT is added in accordance with applicable rules. Payment is made against invoice according to the stated payment terms; delivery of a physical starter kit is made to the address provided at ordering.
5. Complaints and support
Defects or shortcomings in the service, digital content, or delivered materials should be reported to contact@folde.ai. Consumers have the right to complain about defects under mandatory consumer protection legislation; for business customers, the terms agreed apply.
6. Dispute resolution for consumers
In the event of a dispute, consumers can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se.
7. Governing law
Swedish law applies. Disputes shall be tried by Swedish general courts, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
