Terms of Use for TapPass

1. About the service
TapPass is provided by Folde.AI AB, company reg. no. 559573-1372. The app is a digital stamp card where you collect stamps at connected stores by holding your phone against a physical NFC tag, and redeem rewards via a code.
2. Licence
Your use of the app is subject to Apple's standard end-user licence agreement (Apple Standard EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. You are granted a personal, non-transferable right to use the app in accordance with these terms.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for using the app in a lawful manner and for not attempting to manipulate stamps, rewards, or redemption codes.
4. Rewards
Stamps and rewards are provided by connected stores. The terms for a specific reward are determined by the respective store. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
5. Availability
We strive to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, change, or discontinue features.
6. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not limit rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
7. Governing law
Swedish law applies. Disputes shall be tried by Swedish general courts, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
